Happy with our experience at St. Ignatius, very convenient if you live in the area

June 18, 2024

The school does a great job of encouraging students to explore their interests and develop new skills. The social events are well-organized, and the sense of community is strong. It’s a very inclusive environment, and my daughter has made a lot of friends.

Not the best for our family

June 4, 2024

My son has struggled to find his place socially, and the school’s focus on athletics, particularly football, overshadows other programs. The tuition is quite high, and we don’t feel like we’re getting our money’s worth.

St. Ignatius is one of the best schools in SF

I love St. Ignatius. For sure one of the best schools in SF. All of my friends are jealous that I get to go here. Great social scene and academics. We work hard and play hard, and we still get accepted into top colleges. Win win win.

Too football focused ...

The athletics at SI are very focused on football, which can be frustrating if you’re interested in other sports. While the football team gets a lot of attention and resources, other sports don’t always get the same level of support. The facilities are good, but I wish the school would invest more equally in all athletic programs.
